DND is an acronym that stands for Do-Not-Disturb. It is a service implemented by the NCC in which those who are subscribed to it do not receive third-party messages or bulk SMS. A lot of SMS users have faced certain challenges for a long time with the delivery of SMS because of this service.
Would you like to know if the phone numbers you want to send SMS to are on DND? There might be reasons why you might want to know the DND status of some phone numbers. Here are some of the reasons:
- You realize that some particular phone numbers regularly do not receive SMS when you send them messages
- You have the plan to exclude phone numbers on DND when you want to send SMS
- One of your SMS recipients complain of not receiving bulk SMS from you over and over again
