What is Cloud Compose? and How to Use it

        10 February 2022

Cloud Compose is a platform that allows you to send multiple messages to different recipients all at once by sending the CSV file containing the phone numbers, the message, and the Sender ID to our server for processing.

It saves you a whole lot of time by pushing the messages all at once instead of sending them one by one.

        Supported File Format

This web app currently works with only CSV files.

        CSV File Column Format

To use Cloud Compose, create a CSV using any of the spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel, Open Document Spreadsheet, and Google Sheet).

First Column: Use the first column for the Sender IDs

Second Column: Use the second column for the phone numbers. You can add multiple phone numbers per box (cell). Phone numbers can be preceded by 080 or 23480. The system can also process phone numbers missing the first zero ("0") for instance 7034243326 will be interpreted as 2347034243326.

Third Column: Use the third column for the messages you plan to send

Though the HEADER row provides a description of each column, it is not compulsory.

We are very confident that this tool will go a long way at improving the quality of your experience while using our products and services.
