The Message History on the SmartSMSSolutions website is a very powerful tool that contains every detail you need to know about the messages you send. It contains details such as the delivery report for each phone number, the analysis of each phone number (DND or not), the option to Resend the SMS to the same phone numbers or to Re-use the numbers for another SMS e.t.c.
Here is how to access the Message History Tool on SmartSMSSolutions, and all the details you can find on it:
- Visit the SmartSMSSolutions website on www.app.smartsmssolutions.com and log in with your email address and password.
- On your Dashboard, click on SMS
- Then, from the list of options, select Message History
- On the next page, you will find the record of messages you’ve sent on your account grouped on a weekly basis
- From here, you can find the following details:
View Messages Groups: This shows individual messages with specific detail of the messages such as the Sender ID, number of pages, number of characters, message body, date sent, and number of recipients. On this page, you can also check or download the delivery report for each message, see recipients analysis, re-use the phone numbers or resend the message.
View All Messages: This will show you individual messages to individual phone numbers and the delivery status for each of them.
Download DLR for All Messages: If you click on this, you will download the delivery report for all the messages sent in that particular week as a CSV file.
View Week DLR Analysis: This would show you the delivery analysis for all messages sent during the week, showing the numbers delivered, pending, or failed in percentage.
As you can clearly see, the Message History feature offers great insight into the full record of your messages, the recipients’ analysis, and even the status of delivery. It is also a place where you can resend the same SMS to the same phone numbers without having to type it all over again, or re-use the same numbers for a different SMS. Indeed, the benefits of this tool are numerous.
