- Login to your SMS account on www.app.smartsmssolutions.com using your email address and password. Learn how to log in here.
- On the first page, please click on My Wallet found on your Dashboard
- Then, select Fund Wallet
Note that there are currently two(2) methods for funding your wallet on your SMS account, which is the online card payment method and bank transfer. Follow this process for each of these methods:
Method 1 - Fund Wallet With Debit Card
- On the Fund Wallet page, under Fund Wallet with Debit Card, enter the amount you want to add to your wallet in the box under Amount (the value should be in Naira)
- Then click on Continue
- On the next page, click on Proceed to FLUTTERWAVE to complete this transaction
- This takes you to the FLUTTERWAVE checkout page where you are required to input your debit card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Check the box “Remember this card next time” if you wish to save the card details for future transactions. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.
- Then, click on PAY
- On the next page, you are required to input the OTP code that would be sent to you at the point of this transaction, to authenticate your payment
- Once that is done, your payment is made successfully and your wallet funded
Method 2 - Fund Wallet By Bank Deposit/Transfer
- On the Fund Wallet Page, you will find the SmartSMSSolutions bank account information; Bank, Account Name, and Account Number
- You can then proceed to your bank mobile application to make a transfer to this bank account.
- Alternatively, you can also do a direct bank deposit to the bank account
- Once payment is received with your email address or purchase ID added as narration or depositor’s name, your account is funded automatically
