As you might well know, the different GSM networks can be identified using the phone number prefixes, as there are different prefixes for different networks, like MTN, Airtel, 9mobile, and of course GLO.
The following are the current phone number prefixes for GLO in Nigeria:
- 0705
- 0805
- 0807
- 0811
- 0815
- 0905
As an example, a random GLO phone number would look like this: 07054325674 or 08072266226.
What it simply means is that when you see any phone number beginning with any of the above prefixes, then that number is a GLO number.
How to Send SMS to GLO Phone Numbers
You might wonder: “Why would I want to know what phone numbers are GLO numbers?”. Well, for several reasons.
One of them might be that you are receiving a call from the number or you want to call such a number and you just want to be sure of the network.
