- Login to your SmartSMSSolutions account with your email address and password or register an account at https://app.smartsmssolutions.com/register.
- Click on MY SETTINGS on your Dashboard.
- Then, Select KYC
- Alternatively, you can go straight to the KYC page at https://app.smartsmssolutions.com/tools-user-kyc.
- On the page, fill in the following details as requested:
- Under Organization, provide the name of your organization (Note: This should be the same as the name on your CAC).
- Upload your company CAC certificate in the space provided for that
- Confirm your Phone Number and Email Address if you’ve not yet done so, by requesting the confirmation code.
- Write down your name as the representative of the organization using the platform
- Upload your Government Issued ID as an added layer of user confirmation for the account
6. Once you’ve done these successfully, wait for confirmation of your details as a completion of the process.
