If you are interested in sending SMS to a single phone number, you can do this by following the steps listed in this article. However,  to send SMS to many phone numbers at the same time, follow the steps listed below:

• Login to your SmartSMSSolutions account on app.smartsmssolutions.com. (If you do not have an account yet, register a free one now).
• Once you log in, you are directed to your Dashboard. Click on Send SMS on the dashboard. 
• On the next page, under Compose SMS, input your Sender ID. (See here how to submit Sender ID for registration before it can deliver)
• Under Recipients, enter the phone numbers you want to send SMS to, separating each phone number by a comma and space (E.g 081xxxx, 090yyy)
• If you have the phone numbers saved in an address book, click on Address Book and select the group name. (See here how to save phone numbers in an address book).
• Alternatively, if the phone numbers are saved as a file on your device, click on Upload Recipients. (See here how to send SMS to phone numbers saved as a file)
• Under the box for Message, type in the body of the message you want to send. (E.g. “Hi Mr. XYZ, your order has now been sent for delivery) 
• Once you’ve done this, scroll down on the page and click on Send SMS

And that does it. You have successfully sent an SMS to multiple phone numbers on the SmartSMSSolutions’ website.
