Register/Login – How to Recover Lost Password
2. In the appropriate box, input the email with which you register at SmartSMSSolutions and click “Submit”
3. Upon successful email address submission, an Account Confirmation page will be displayed
4. A password reset token will be sent to the email address
5. Log in to your email. Check your Inbox for a message with the Subject “Your SmartSMSSolutions password reset request”.
6. If no such message is your Inbox box, please check your Spam Box
7. Copy the token in the message and paste it in the appropriate place on the Confirmation Page. In addition type your username in the appropriate place too.
8. Press “Submit”
9. A new page to reset your password will be displayed
10. Input the new password and you can log in with your existing username and the new password
