Do-No-disturb is a feature that effectively blocks or silent an unwanted calls and messages. It also helps to avoid an unwanted unknown individual or telecommunication calls and SMS.
With the Do-Not-Disturb feature, you can automatically ignore or block annoying or unwanted calls and SMS. Do-Not- Disturb effectively silences almost all notifications while you aren’t actively using your phone. It also silences all phone calls by default, but you might want your phone to ring when certain important people calls.
With the directive from the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) on do not disturb. It has been enforced on the network providers to implement Do not disturb on all subscribers. In view this, Bulk SMS has been affected and we deliver messages to some network. For some hours, we do not deliver messages to MTN lines, but now resolved.
MTN are currently working on their SMS delivery to all the numbers. Here is the update for this delivery.
Preliminary data shows potential new restriction on traffic types being accepted by MTN, based on DND (Do Not Disturb) functionality.

We have been informed of delivery failure issue on some mobile units (Phones) which has been related to a generic error for which we are currently in discussion directly with the operator (MTN Nigeria). Once we receive any feedback for this you'll be informed.

What do I do when I send a bulk SMS and some recipients of the message do not get it? There are some factors that might cause partial delivery of bulk SMS. Once those factors have been identified, the next thing after a message has been sent is to check up the delivery report of the bulk SMS.
On the delivery report segment of your bulk SMS account, you have delivery status code attached to each recipient’s phone number. It is important to understand what each code mean in order to know what action to take if particular recipients do not get the sent message.
Partial delivery of bulk messages occurs when you send messages to many numbers and some recipients gets it while some do not.
