Go to a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel.

On a new document create 3 columns,titled SENDER ID, PHONE, and MESSAGE

You will type all the sender ID’s for the different messages under SENDER ID

The PHONE column will contain all the phone numbers you want to send specific messages to. You can add multiple numbers separating them by a comma and a space or on different line

In the MESSAGE column, type the exact messages for each sender ID

Once you are done, go to the office button and click on save as

Input the filename you will want to use to save the file as.

Click on the save as type box and select CSV and click on save.
This saves the file instantly as a csv file. You can then proceed to the new portal cloud compose page, upload your csv file and and send your messages all at the same time.
