Reason 1 for Delayed Crediting- No Username Corresponding to the Name on the Teller
When you make bank deposits for bulk SMS units, you are expected to fill in a name on the teller or bank deposit slip. Many users use names that are different from their bulk SMS account username on the teller. When this happens, it becomes difficult for the crediting staffs down here to reconcile the name on the teller with a username on the platform, which can cause delay in getting the account credited.
How to Avoid This
In other to ensure your bulk SMS account is credited as soon as you make payment for bulk SMS units, it is strongly advised that you pay in with your username as the depositor’s name. Once this is done, it is easier to find the user who made the payment, and the corresponding SMS units transferred into the account.
This simply means delayed crediting of account is avoidable if the above suggestion is strictly adhered to.
