Once they’ve been selected, the next thing is to start arranging rehearsals at convenient time for these ones. These rehearsals get them ready to beat other platoons to the price. Because of the loads of activities on camp though, a major challenge might be to locate all participants to converge for rehearsals when it is called for. Therefore, you need an effective system of communication to always get people together when needed.
