We are Removing Stamp Duty Charge and Adjusting Prices on April 1, 2016

  24 March 2016

We are changing a few aspect of our pricing starting Friday, April 1, 2016. These changes are in response to our clients request and as a result of recent price increase from the network operators. We are discontinuing the N50-stamp duty charge, reduce CDMA delivery from 2.5 units/SMS to 2 units/SMS and adjusting our pricing structure.

Discontinuation of N50-stamp duty charge

Starting April 1, 2016, we shall discontinue the N50-stamp duty charge currently being deducted from direct bank deposit. All our clients shall be credited to the full value of what is paid regardless of the channel.

CDMA delivery at 2 units of SMS

Starting the same April 1 2016, CDMA delivery (Starcomms, Visafone, Zoom and Multilinks) will cost 2 units of SMS instead of the current 2.5 units.

SMS Pricing Adjustment

The operators had recently increased the termination (delivery) cost of SMS, this has necessitated a review of our pricing. It might interest you to know that the operators are already surcharging (over-charging) us since March 20, 2016.

Please find below our new pricing chart effective Friday, April 1, 2016. Note that all delivery will still be at 1 unit to all GSM network and your existing units are unaffected by this change.

You can use the available window to stock up your SMS units as the units do not expire.
